Use these 10 tips to make meal prep easier and faster:

  1. Invest in Food Storage Containers.

  2. Sit down and plan out 3-5 days, meals and snacks,make a grocery list and stick to it.

  3. Pick a day to do your meal prep,it will probably take 1-2 hours.

  4. Cook foods all at once , soups, stews, baked chicken

  5. Keep foods simple

  6. Get on the Mason Jar Salad Bandwagon and Overnight Oat.

  7. Soak & Cook Beans. Soak beans overnight.

  8. Wash & Chop Veggies, prep & store leafy greens.

  9. Prep and cook your raw veggies so they're ready to use for snacks, stir-fries, salads, sandwiches and wraps.

  10. Make Smoothie Packs.
