For 14 years, I worked under pressure in Vancouver’s nightlife scene—

But behind the calm, I was burning out.

After 40, my body stopped responding the way it used to.
I tried every quick fix. Nothing stuck.
 

That’s when I shifted.

I rebuilt my life with clarity, structure, and calm strength.

Now, I help women over 40 do the same—on their terms, not someone else’s timeline.
