What Finally Changed for Me

Hi, I’m Kym. I know how that feels—because I lived it.

For over 15 years, I worked long nights managing busy nightclubs. I grabbed meals on the go, skipped breakfast, and ate whatever was fast. I could lose weight quickly… but I always gained it back. I tried every new plan, every January. And every fall, I’d slip right back into old habits.

By my 40s, my body was changing. The quick fixes stopped working. I felt tired, stuck, and overwhelmed.

That’s when I realized—if I wanted real change, I needed real support.

 

The Habits That Actually Stuck
So I hired a coach. I learned how to eat in a way that worked for me.
I built simple habits I could actually stick to. And it worked.

I’ve kept off 30 pounds since 2003. And now, I help other women do the same.
